Complaints Policy
Rushcliffe CVS aims to provide those who use our services with the best possible service within the resources available to us.
If at any time, however, you feel that what we do falls short of what you might reasonably expect, we’d like you to tell us about it.
We also welcome any other comments or suggestions you may have on ways we might improve a service or meet your needs more appropriately.
Privacy and Data Handling
We’re committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and keeping safe the personal information you give us – when you contact us, as a volunteer, or as a user of one of our services.
