Carolyn Perry - Chief Executive

Most of Carolyn’s working life has been in the voluntary sector and she’s worked at RCVS since 1999 in a variety of roles. Carolyn is a passionate advocate of the sector and is proud of the valuable contribution we make to supporting local communities and individuals.

Carolyn’s role is to lead and develop Rushcliffe CVS in promoting independent living, and as a key local development agency in South Nottinghamshire. She’s responsible for the overall performance of the organisation.

Carole Green – Operations Manager

Carole has 23 years of experience of working for RCVS in different roles.  She manages and develops our direct services, including Voluntary Transport, Transport Plus and Handy Housekeepers.  She’s passionate about the services we provide and works hard with the rest of our team to ensure that we offer quality support to help people to remain active and independent for as long as possible.

Holly Romanowski - Business Support Administrator

Holly has spent over ten years working in the voluntary sector. In 2021 she became involved in providing business administration support for RCVS.

Holly is no stranger to RCVS though, having worked in a different capacity for several years back in 2015 as a Befriending Coordinator.

Holly has a keen interest in supporting RCVS with its ongoing and varied projects and feels passionate about what we do.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her dogs and is learning to play the piano.
